1. Introduction and Acceptance

By using the kkdb website and all related services, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. This document operates as a legally binding agreement between kkdb and the user.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities that take place under your account, unless it is proven that they occurred due to a security failure on the part of kkdb.

3.1 Security Obligations

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• Log out after using your account on a public or shared device.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the support team immediately.

kkdb will never ask for your password via email or chat. If any third party claims to be a kkdb representative and asks for your password or personal information, treat it as fraudulent.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to depositing and withdrawing money on kkdb:

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party account or credit card is prohibited.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement related to any bonus has been met.
• If there is suspicion of unusual betting patterns or fraud, a withdrawal may be temporarily held.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kkdb provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting these bonuses, the following terms apply:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement.
• Winnings from bonuses are not directly withdrawable; the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless a specific offer explicitly allows it.
• If a bonus is misused or there is an attempt to obtain a bonus through fraudulent means, the account may be closed.
• kkdb reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers various benefits including weekly cashback, and tiers change based on playing experience.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the kkdb platform are operated in a fully fair and transparent manner. We follow fair play principles and our games are powered by neutral Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Each game has specific minimum and maximum betting limits.
• Betting limits may vary from game to game.
• Betting limits for VIP players may be set separately.

6.2 Disputes Regarding Game Results

If a discrepancy appears in a game result due to a technical error, the kkdb system log will be considered final. Any objection to a game result must be reported to support within 24 hours.

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to loss of internet connection or a device shutting down, in most cases the system completes the game and records the result. In such situations, the system record will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkdb platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using or granting access to another person's account.
• Using multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Playing using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Attempting hacking, cracking or any other form of technical fraud.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial processing.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
• Using, copying or distributing any software or content from the platform without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening or insulting other players.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy

kkdb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition in these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request.

8.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, kkdb will decide on returning the legitimate balance after completing its investigation. In cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

If an account is closed at the user's own request, the withdrawable amount will be returned after deducting any applicable bonuses from the existing balance.

9. Responsible Gaming

kkdb places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We want all our users to enjoy entertainment safely and in good health.
